Weskrog Training Center provides shipowners and management companies with a neutral, standardized, and fully supervised evaluation system to verify the real operational competence of their crew.
We do not provide training or teaching programs. Our role is strictly evaluative, ensuring complete independence and objectivity.

Weskrog Training Center offers Weskrog Secure Test (WST), an advanced testing and evaluation system developed specifically for ship operators and management companies who need a reliable, evidence-based method to assess their crew.
WST provides:

WST has rapidly become one of the most trusted assessment tools in the maritime sector, thanks to its structured methodology, relevance of test scenarios, transparency, and full impartiality.
Our objective is simple: to provide a real, evidence-based measurement of each seafarer’s operational competence—before they join a vessel.
How the Program Works
The process starts with a quick review of the candidate’s background to identify the key operational areas to be tested for the specific rank.
The candidate then completes targeted online tests (Level 1), based on real maritime scenarios, designed to measure practical reasoning, operational mindset, and role-specific competence.
At the end of the evaluation, Weskrog issues an Objective Competence Report, showing the candidate’s real suitability for the declared position — without teaching or training.
If the candidate must join a specific vessel, additional levels (Level 2–4) verify their competence on that ship’s systems, cargo operations, and safety procedures.
Once all required levels are completed, Weskrog issues a Certificate of Qualification, confirming that the candidate is fully competent for a defined role on a defined vessel type — recognized by shipowners who rely on Weskrog as a trusted, neutral testing authority.
